For those of you who do not have Adobe Flash Player, you will need this setup file:
Adobe Flash Player
This is just for those without Adobe Flash Player. If you have a newer version, there is no need to get this.
As for those with an older version, you should be alright. However if the SWF file is not opening for you, then it would be a good idea to upgrade to this version or newer.
Just to clarify, this is a version that is a midpoint. Anything newer will work and for those with older or no Flash Player, can get this version. This version of Adobe Flash Player does work with the included SWF files and this means that you should have no issue at all in opening them if you have this version or newer.
